Except as described in the Warranty & Limitation of Liability section below, no refunds will be provided for service orders.
2. Goods sent for service/repair must be collected within 30 days of completion notice.
3. Uncollected goods beyond this period may attract storage/handling charges.
4. Transportation charges are payable by the customer, even if PJS POWER arranges transport.
5. Packaging required for safe transportation will be charged at actual cost.
6. For services provided, there is no guarantee/warranty.
7. If warranty is applicable, it will apply only on spares/parts as per the respective manufacturer’s norms.
8. MY CHITTI DEMO shall not be responsible for any indirect loss, incidental damages, or consequential loss arising out of service.
9. Liability is strictly limited to repair/replacement of defective spares as per manufacturer’s terms.
10. Payment is to be made in full as per invoice before delivery of serviced goods.
11. Taxes and levies as applicable will be charged extra.
12.All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where PJS POWER is located.
